The 22HC meal plan is based off of the 21 Day Fix meal plan and containers, but tweaked to fit the program. This is our chart filled out completely with day 1. As you can see, neither of us were perfect. Infact, I need to eat MORE!! I'm already eating twice what I used to and yet somehow I need to get more in there!!! Not eating enough forces your body into starvation mode which makes you gain fat just as much as eating too much! Although, I will say one thing: I really though my carbs were going to be hard to keep in check. It really isn't hard at all. You aren't hungry for the carbs bc your eating SO MUCH!!!
